These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eFSKILL ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the developer arising from your use of the App.
2. Unofficial Application
The App is an unofficial, fan-made tool that helps organize information related to "eFootball," a game published by Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. The App has no capital or business affiliation with Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd. or its affiliates. "eFootball" and all related trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, in connection with your use of the App:
- Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
- Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse-engineer the App
- Interfere with the operation of the App
- Engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate
4. Changes to or Suspension of the App
The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any disadvantage this may cause you.
5. Disclaimer
The App makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any data recorded within it. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Data managed by the App is not synced with actual eFootball gameplay; it is a record based solely on information you enter yourself.
6. Copyright
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App itself belong to the developer. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App without the developer's prior consent.
7. Changes to These Terms
The developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying you individually. Changes take effect as soon as the updated Terms are posted on this page.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
